End User License Agreement (Demo/Trial License)

By downloading and using this font software, Kereatype Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use the font(s) for personal and testing purposes only. This license is strictly for non-commercial use and cannot be used in any professional, public-facing, or consumer-facing projects.

1. PERMITTED USES

1.1 Personal Projects: This license allows the use of the font for personal projects, such as mockups, internal testing, or personal creative explorations.

1.2 Testing Purposes: Permits installation and use of the font for evaluation purposes only, such as previewing how the font may appear in a final product. Usage is limited to internal purposes and cannot be shared, distributed, or used in public or commercial-facing applications.

2. RESTRICTIONS

2.1 Non-Commercial Use: The font(s) may not be used in any professional, commercial, or public-facing projects. This includes but is not limited to:
Any work for clients, advertisements, or marketing materials.
Usage in products or services for sale or distribution.
Embedding in websites, apps, games, or any other public platform.

2.2 No Redistribution: The font(s) may not be shared, uploaded, or redistributed in any form, including through online platforms, cloud storage, or to third parties such as clients or collaborators.

3. UPGRADE TO COMMECIAL LICENSE

4. PENALTIES FOR UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE

Any unauthorized use of this font for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license or prior written consent from Kereatype Studio will result in the following fines:
International Fine: $10,000 USD.
Indonesian Fine: Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah).

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

5.1 Termination: Kereatype Studio reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if any of the terms outlined above are violated. Termination does not exempt the user from penalties or obligations as stipulated.

5.2 Jurisdiction: This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction specified by these governing laws.
