End User License Agreement Corporate License

By purchasing and downloading this font software, Kereatype Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use the font(s) in accordance with the usage type and specific limitations associated with this license. Usage is restricted to the terms outlined below. This license is for single entity and single brand use only.

1. PERMITTED USES

1.1 Brand Limitation: This license applies exclusively to one brand within the licensed corporate entity. If the entity wishes to use the font across multiple brands, an additional license must be obtained for each brand.

1.2 Desktop: Unlimited installations on devices owned by the licensed corporate entity. This license does not extend to subcontractors, clients, or third parties without an additional license.

1.3 End Product for Sale: Use the font in physical or digital products (e.g., product packaging, prints, merchandise) with no limit on total units produced.

1.4 Digital Ads: Unlimited use in digital advertisements across platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media, with no monthly impression limits.

1.5 Website: Self-hosting on websites with unlimited monthly page views.

1.6 ePub Publications: Embedding fonts is allowed for up to 20 ePub publications with unlimited sales.

1.7 Trademark Usage in Logo: Permits use of the font in logo creation for trademark registration, provided that the trademark only applies to the logo design, not the font software itself.

1.8 App & Server Embedding: Allows embedding of font files in up to 10 apps, games, or servers owned by the licensed corporate entity. This does not allow sublicensing or redistribution to third parties.

1.9 Broadcast: Permits the use of the font for broadcast purposes, including digital signage, television, and cinema usage.

1.10 Cinema and Motion Picture: Permits the use of the font in large-scale visual media, including movies and motion pictures, across all regions.

2. RESTRICTIONS

2.1 Entity Restriction: This license is valid for a single corporate entity and brand. The font(s) may not be used by, installed on devices belonging to, or shared with any other corporate entity, organization, or individual outside the licensed entity. Each additional entity or brand requires a separate license.

2.2 Client Work Restriction: The font(s) may be used to create designs for clients, but the font files themselves must not be shared or transmitted to clients or third parties. Clients requiring direct use of the font must purchase their own license.

2.3 Prohibited Uses:
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the font files to any third party, including clients, collaborators, or any other entity.
• Usage across multiple brands within a corporate group. For each additional brand, an additional Corporate License must be obtained.

3. USAGE DEFINITIONS

3.1 Desktop Usage: Permits unlimited installation of the font on devices owned by the licensed corporate entity. Font files must not be shared or accessed by users outside the licensed corporate group.

3.2 End Product Usage: Allows use of the font in the creation of final products, either physical or digital, intended for sale or distribution, with no production limit on total units.

3.3 Digital Ads Usage: Permits unlimited use of fonts in digital ad formats on specified platforms, with no monthly impression limit.

3.4 Website Usage: Allows use of fonts on websites via self-hosting, with unlimited page views.

3.5 ePub Usage: Allows embedding fonts in electronic publications (e.g., eBooks, magazines) up to 20 publications, with unlimited distribution.

3.6 Trademark Usage: Permits logo usage for trademark registration, with rights restricted to the logo design, not extending to the font software itself.

3.7 App & Server Usage: Allows embedding of the font in up to 10 apps, games, or servers owned by the licensed entity. Redistribution or sublicensing is not permitted.

3.8 Broadcast Usage: Allows use in large-scale broadcast applications, including television, cinema, and digital signage.

3.9 Cinema and Motion Picture Usage: Permits font use in all motion picture and cinematic applications globally.

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS

4.1 Modification and Termination: Kereatype Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate this license without refund if any terms are violated. License termination does not waive any obligations under this agreement.

4.2 Jurisdiction: This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction specified by these governing laws.
